Responsibilities
· Assist in daily accounting operations including data entry, invoice processing, and filing.
· Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) documentation.
· Prepare payment vouchers, receipts, and basic accounting reports.
· Key in transactions into accounting system and assist with monthly reconciliation.
· Support audit, tax, and finance documentation as required.
· Maintain employee records and handle basic administration.
· Assist with foreign workers' permit renewal, including related documentation.
· Handle general administrative duties and filing.
· Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
Requirements and Skills
· STPM/Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
· Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
· Required skill : Autocount accounting software will be added advantage
· Good interpersonal skill, responsible and hardworking
· Able to work independently with minimum supervision and handle confidential information with integrity.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
