Our global Audit team collaborates with internal stakeholders across our business to deliver assurance and advisory services. We continuously monitor and evaluate risks and promote a culture of best practices and continuous improvement. **Be part of our Audit Team**

As an Internal Audit Supervisor, you’ll be managing a group of Senior Internal Auditors that that conducts financial audits on all Baker Hughes businesses globally. You’ll ensure your team collaborate with other functional teams within Baker Hughes to ensure audits are performed compliantly which according to company’s global standards

**As an Internal Audit Supervisor, you will be responsible for**:

- Supervising, and completing various audits worldwide, including financial and operational audits.
- Supervising a team of auditors in conducting the most complex audit projects and receiving policy level direction from Audit Directors.
- Overseeing the planning and performance of audit procedures by assigned audit staff on an audit project
- Reviewing and ensuring audit findings are represented and work papers comprehensive and fully supported.
- Advising functional managers or other Functions regarding approaches, processes, and procedures in the own field.

**To be successful in this role you will need to**:

- Have Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Have 5+ years’ experience in internal/external auditing for Multinational Company (MNC) or Big 4 (MNC clients)
- Have experience in overseeing/supervising team members
- Have thorough knowledge of GAAP/IFRS, audit procedures, including planning, designing audit procedures, tests, and sampling methods.
- Have good technical, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Have excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Have good judgment - fair and objective.
- Must be willing to commit to global travel of 25%-40% and flexible to working hours
