Job Purpose
The Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role involves promoting the company’s products/services, understanding customer needs, and ensuring a high level of customer.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Business Development
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calls, networking, referrals, and market research.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
- Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent service and support.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms in line with company policies.
- Market Research & Analysis
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs, market changes, and product/service improvements.
- Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.
- Follow company policies on sales processes, documentation, and compliance
- Team Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to align sales strategies.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and company events.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in [industry - e.g., F&B, distribution, coffee, ingredients].
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term business relationships.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Autocount software.
- Certificate / Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Performance Metrics (KPIs)
- Sales revenue achieved vs. target.
- Number of new accounts acquired.
- Customer retention and satisfaction levels.
- Sales pipeline growth and conversion rate.
Pay: From RM1,900.00 per month
