**Responsibilities**:
1. Track and monitor key content metrics, including learning data, online activity, engagement, and rewards.

2. Analyze data to identify trends, performance insights, and areas for improvement.

3. Develop actionable recommendations and optimization strategies based on insights.

4. Prepare reports and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.

5. Support implementation of strategies and track results to achieve content performance targets.

**Job Requirements**

1. 6 working days.

2. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

3. Degree in Statistics, Business Analytics, or related fields.

4. Fluency in Mandarin (speaking, writing, listening) is required for effective communication with stakeholders in Mandarin-speaking regions.

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

6. Ability to work independently and deliver accurate reports within tight deadlines.
