- Process medication request submitted by corporate client.
- Practices good dispensing guidelines as per MOH requirement.
- Maintaining good customer service to clients as per department protocol.
- Ensuring 6R and FIFO is practiced by department.
- Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
- **Job requirements**:_
- **Must have Degree in Pharmacy with full registration number**:

- Min 2 years working experience in hospital or retails industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customer
- Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Must have A+ certification
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
- Willing to travel, as the **office will be located at Big Pharmacy Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam and will be moved to Bandar Bukit Raja 2 in mid 2025.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
