ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage production indirect material requirements to meet production demand forecasts.
- Coordinate with departments such as purchasing, manufacturing and logistics to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Monitor inventory levels to prevent overproduction or shortages.
- Adjust plans based on changes in production scheduling, supply chain issues, or consumption rate.

**Qualifications**
REQUIRED:

- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as supply chain management, business administration, engineering or industrial management.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in planning, scheduling, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.

PREFERRED:

- Strong analytical skills to analyze data, forecast, and performance metrics. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables) and other data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with teams such as procurement, production, and logistics.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and able to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize competing demands. Proficiency in cost analysis and budgeting.

SKILLS
- Experience with ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle) or other planning software, demand forecasting, inventory management and production scheduling.
- Knowledge of IMS or BCMS principles may be an advantage.
