SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE - 2 POSITIONS
- JOB DESCRIPTION_
- Research and identify potential project opportunities.
- Lead marketing team in deriving design, specification and proposal based on projects’ needs.
- Presentation of proposals to clients.
- Responsible for timely submissions of quotations/proposals/tenders.
- Develops in-depth knowledge and expertise in regards to all company’s products and capabilities.
- Provide feedback and reports to management as required.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
- REQUIREMENTS_
- At least Bachelor’s Degree in Sales/Marketing, Communications, Business Management or Construction related Technical fields.
- At least 5 years and above experience in property/consultant/developer/construction line.
- Good presentation skills, proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa.
- Confident, presentable and strong business sense.
- Organised, self-disciplined and self-driven.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Marketing: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
- Bahasa (required)
