**About the Role**:
We are looking for a hands-on, reliable, and detail-oriented Logistics Executive to take charge of all import and export activities, shipping documentation, and coordination with suppliers, forwarders, and internal teams. This role plays a key part in ensuring timely deliveries, accurate paperwork, and mínimal disruption across the supply chain. If you're highly organised, love checklists, and aren’t afraid to follow up or escalate to get things done.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Take charge of all import and export shipments.
- Manage our internal Supply Chain Management Shipment ID tracking sheet.
- Follow up with suppliers, forwarders, and internal teams promptly to avoid financial losses.
- Ensure all shipping documents are accurate and on time (CI, PL, BL, Form E, K1, K2, K8 etc.).
- Plan and arrange transshipments, back-to-back shipments, and multi-party fulfilment
- Ensure full compliance with customs and regulatory requirements, i.e. no missing docs, no late shipments, no surprises, ensuring strict compliance.
- Keep all shipping folders clean and structured (with proper naming and filing).
- Escalate issues early to avoid charges like demurrage or late delivery.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3-7 years’ experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or in-house supply chain.
- Familiar with international shipping processes, customs clearance, and Incoterms.
- Excellent attention to detail and a process-driven mindset.
- Proactive, dependable, and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Not afraid to chase people and double-check everything.
- **Language Skills**: Proficiency in English is required. Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage for liaising with Chinese-speaking suppliers.
