**Responsibilities**:
Providing guidance to direct reports, typically comprising managers.
Approving requests for financial expenses to a certain level of authority.
Guiding the talent identification and development processes for a group or function.
Working across functions with peers in other groups to ensure collaboration for shared goals.
Working with senior management and other peers for strategy development and
execution planning.
Communicating financial and goal results and key performance indicators to direct
reports.
Facilitating goal-level creation for the broader function and working with managers to
ensure the goals cascade to all workers.
Alias and support requirements from JGG Team.
Manage pipelines and HC plan.
Monitoring and support Project manager.
Prepare weekly/Monthly reports to JGG Management team.

**Requirements**:
BSc. degree in Computer Science, Software or Electrical Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
5+ year’s proven experience managing and leading a team with a focus on servant leadership.
Extensive software development experience
Experience with technology and integration in the software domain.
Demonstrated experience up-levelling engineering practices on a team
Experience working with international partners; have the ability to communicate
effectively in a worldwide environment
Excellent work organization, planning, and project management skills.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Effective collaborator experienced in building technical partnerships across teams.
Ability to own and deliver projects and results of growing technical complexity
