Your new responsibilities
- Procurement Compliance Management
- Monitor compliance of supplier management in PUMAS per Global Procurement Policy.
- Identify and close the gaps with procurement owner and compliance excellence team.

&Site Procurement Reporting
- Establish and maintain e-system (i.e. Power BI) for KPI reporting.
- Conduct gap analysis on procurement spends and savings.
- Identify area for improvement on reporting and recommend solutions.

&Covid Control
- As key contact for supplier related Covid control and management.
- Follow government SOP and update guideline for suppliers and visitors.
- Keep inhouse suppliers&' database up to date.

&Ad-hoc Tasks
- Ad-hoc tasks related to site procurement activities include but not limited to operational needs.
