Assistant Manager, Flight Campaign Marketing

**Responsibilities**
- To plan, manage, execute, and review performance of Flights bookings on digital marketing channels.
- Manage stakeholders and alignment with broader functional and business strategic goals
- To measure and report performance for all Flights digital marketing campaigns and assess against business goals (ROI & KPIs).
- Project management skills: ability to mobilize and organize across multiple stakeholders
- To utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end conversion funnel
- To collaborate with other Lines of Businesses (LOBs) that are integrated with Flights campaigns.
- Coordination and alignment with internal departments including the Commercial, Marketing, Tech, Product, and Data teams.
- Support and champion any other Flights Marketing related projects or tasks that add value to the team.
- Participate in any ad-hoc projects or other relevant duties as assigned from time to time.
- Contribute to the overall team culture and in cultivating a work environment that is healthy, motivating, and accountable to each other.

**Requirements**:

- At least 3-5 years of working experience in Digital Agencies/Digital Marketing/E-commerce.
- Good knowledge in digital marketing platforms (Facebook, Google Ads, Google Analytics & Firebase, SEO/ASO, Affiliate Marketing, etc.)
- Able to travel as when required.
- Must be able to work independently and be highly self-motivated and lead by example with the highest level of integrity, responsibility and respect.
