**Job Summary**

We are looking for a reliable and customer-oriented Retail Pharmacist Assistant to support our pharmacists in daily operations. You will assist with dispensing, inventory management and customer service to ensure a smooth workflow and exceptional patient care.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare and label prescriptions under the supervision of a registered pharmacist
- Serve customers at the counter: take enquiries, process sales and handle payments
- Maintain accurate stock records: receive deliveries, restock shelves and monitor expiry dates
- Assist with basic health screenings (e.g. blood pressure checks) and record results
- Manage and update patient records in line with data-protection requirements
- Ensure the dispensary and retail area remain clean, organised and compliant with regulations
- Provide advice on over-the-counter products and general health matters, escalating clinical queries to the pharmacist

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Diploma in Pharmacy Technology, Pharmaceutical Studies or equivalent
- At least 2 year’s experience in a retail pharmacy environment or healthcare setting
- Knowledge of Malaysian pharmacy regulations and standard dispensary procedures
- Basic understanding of pharmaceutical terminology and dosage calculations

**Skills & Attributes**

Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia

Strong customer-service orientation with an empathetic approach

Good organisational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
