**Objective**:

- Provide safe and reliable transportation for staff and goods.
- Support office operations and general administrative tasks.

**Responsibilities**:

- Drive company vehicles to transport staff, goods, and documents safely and on time.
- Handle deliveries, collections, and dispatch duties as scheduled.
- Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel usage, and report any incidents.
- Check vehicle condition daily and report issues for servicing or repairs.
- Ensure vehicle documents (road tax, insurance, permits) are valid.
- Liaise with service providers (e.g. cleaners, pest control, air-con technicians) to ensure proper maintenance.
- Monitor office supplies, request replenishments, and keep usage records.
- Greet and guide visitors, maintain a tidy reception area.
- Provide basic support for office equipment (photocopiers, fax, computers).

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM or equivalent.
- Valid Class D and GDL driving license.
- 2-3 years’ experience in driving and basic admin/dispatch work (manufacturing environment preferred).
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
- Able to use GPS and mobile apps for navigation.
- Responsible, punctual, safety-conscious, and with good interpersonal skills.
- Able to communicate in English.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
