As a highly-motivated, proactive, and passionate Travel Specialist for Asiaventura, you will plan, design and sell life-changing trips to South East Asia. In this role, you will have the opportunity to deliver great customer service from first contact to the end of their trip, develop new products, and help our clients to make the most informed buying choice possible

**_On daily basis you will_**:
- Be the responsible for the presentation of our travel products (mainly on our website).
- Work on the content in French for the website: you create new material on a regular basis, or you translate existing texts from English.
- Coordinate the trip of our guests with internal and external service providers (e.g. flights department, local providers, guides and other) ensuring the extraordinary quality of the trips we offer.
- Develop new products for Asiaventura, where you get to design a trip from scratch.
- Analyse our competitors to develop the best possible products.
- Negotiate the services and prices with the local service providers, getting the best deals for Asiaventura and our clients.
**_The basics that you bring along_**:
- You have a good understanding on how to sell a travel product.
- You are a collaborator and know how to deal with internal stakeholders.
- You are passionate about South East Asia and have travel experience there.
- Great communication skills, both on a verbal and written level, in English, French (native level) & Thai or Vietnamese (a big plus).
- Openness for feedback, eagerness to learn, improve and grow.
- And last but not least: you bring a positive attitude, and you remain calm under stress.
