Since TWI South East Asia's establishment in 1992, the company has grown significantly, providing training and certification services across the region, with regular courses scheduled in Malaysia, Brunei, China, Indonesia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, Vietnam, and Australia.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Kuala Lumpur. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, managing accounts, and fostering strong business relationships. Day-to-day tasks will include market research, developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth, engaging with clients and industry partners, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends.

Qualifications

  • Skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
  • Experience in Account Management and Business practices
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the training or certification industry is a plus
  • Fluency in multiple languages is advantageous
