Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales & Revenue Development

  2. Develop and execute business development strategies to increase sales and profitability.

  3. Secure new clients and partnerships, including event organizers, promoters, corporate clients, and VIP guests.
  4. Identify potential sales channels such as collaborations, brand sponsorships, and private event bookings.
  5. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for table bookings, events, and memberships.
  6. Client Relations & Networking

  7. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, agencies, and partners.

  8. Actively network within the nightlife, F&B, and entertainment industries to attract new clientele.
  9. Provide excellent client servicing before, during, and after events or bookings.
  10. Develop and manage VIP client portfolios to ensure consistent engagement and loyalty.
  11. Marketing & Brand Development

  12. Work closely with the marketing and events teams to design and execute promotional campaigns.

  13. Identify partnership opportunities with brands, influencers, and entertainment figures.
  14. Support digital and offline marketing initiatives to boost brand visibility and reputation.
  15. Event Collaboration & Execution

  16. Coordinate with internal teams to organize and execute special events, launches, and themed nights.

  17. Liaise with promoters, DJs, and entertainment agencies for potential collaborations.
  18. Ensure smooth communication and execution between clients and operations teams.
  19. Market Research & Reporting

  20. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.

  21. Prepare weekly and monthly business performance reports for management review.
  22. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous growth.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing within nightlife, F&B, or entertainment industry.
  • Strong network of clients or contacts within the nightlife, events, or corporate scene is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Dynamic, outgoing, and confident personality suited for nightlife industry.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
