Position Overview:
As a
Business Development & Partnership Executive
, you will play a key role in driving business growth through strategic partnerships and market collaborations.
This position focuses on
brand partnerships, marketing initiatives, and relationship management
, aimed at strengthening the company's market presence and expanding its network through meaningful collaborations.
You will work closely with the marketing and product teams to develop and execute partnership strategies, identify opportunities, and translate insights into impactful results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and manage new business and partnership opportunities across various industries.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing and partnership campaigns to enhance brand visibility and awareness.
- Represent the company in business meetings, partnership discussions, and industry events to showcase our services and value propositions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, product) to ensure seamless execution of partnership projects.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing partners to foster long-term collaboration and mutual growth.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and partnership performance to recommend improvements.
- Support the creation of marketing materials and promotional content that align with partnership goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum
2 years of experience
in marketing, partnership management, or business development. Experience in FMCG, e-commerce, or retail environments is an advantage. - Strong understanding of
brand collaboration, campaign execution, and partnership development
. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in
English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia
(Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred due to client communication needs). - Strong negotiation, coordination, and presentation abilities.
- Analytical and strategic thinker, able to identify and capitalize on collaboration opportunities.
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
