Greet guests in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner.
- Provide menus, answer questions about menu items, and assist guests with recommendations.
- Take food and beverage orders, accurately entering them into the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.
- Check on guests to ensure satisfaction and resolve any complaints or issues in a timely manner.
- Provide a high standard of service throughout the guests' dining experience.
- Possess a thorough knowledge of the cafe’s food and beverage menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and presentation.
- Make suggestions or upsell additional items to enhance guests' experience.
- Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly, checking guest identification where necessary.
- Ensure that orders are processed correctly and delivered on time.
- Set up, clean, and maintain café tables and dining areas.
- Ensure proper food handling and safety standards are adhered to.
- Monitor and replenish stock levels of condiments, napkins, and other cafe supplies.
- Work with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors to ensure operational efficiency.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper sanitation and cleanliness of the dining area.
- Follow hotel guidelines for handling food allergies or dietary restrictions.
- Maintain a safe and organized environment for guests and colleagues.
- Assist with other duties as needed, including setting up for events or helping with inventory management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Internship

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
