This role is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans focused on broadening customer awareness of ALLDATA’s expanding product line, with specific attention to the automotive Mexico market. We need someone who wants to help us build an amazing customer experience by helping guide how people learn about and experience our industry-leading products. This role is integral not only to the marketing department but also to the ALLDATA organization as we expand our evolving product line into new countries and markets. We are looking for someone who is proactive, very organized, process-driven, and highly effective.

This is a leader’s position who will report directly to the Director of Marketing in the USA. This role is an independent contributor but has the potential to have direct reports in the future.

**Responsibilities**:

- Excellent balance between a strategic and operational leader who defines strategic marketing plans for the Mexican market, oversees and owns the tactical execution
- Intimately understands traditional and emerging marketing channels
- Present and communicates marketing strategies and activities effectively
- Manages budget to an established plan and forecasts with proficiency
- Analyzes and identifies market trends and challenges with specific insights into the automotive diagnostic market
- Thinks creatively and innovatively
- Work collaboratively in a matrix organization both in Mexico and USA

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of five to seven years of marketing experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in business or marketing-related field
- Excellent mix of being a “thinker” and a “doer” approach and practices
- Excellent communication skills both in English and Spanish
- Ability to work across organizational lines, earn respect, and influence without authority
- Highly skilled at critical decision-making; ability to evaluate business issues and resolve problems
- Experience working with sales teams, in-house creative teams, and 3rd party agencies
- Experience conducting and analyzing customer feedback, market, and competitive research
- Automotive experience, with specific experience in the Mexico market preferred.
- Bilingual, English/Spanish
