**JOB DECRIPTION**
- Coordination with maintenance/technician/cleaners. Plan and follow up fixup & maintenance to fixup any defects in property
- To attend tenants’ requests in a timely and efficient manner. Build and maintain good relationship with tenants’ and satisfaction by providing effective and efficient facility / building management services at all time.
- To attend monthly meetings or any special meetings.
- To prepare monthly operation report of the building/complaints.
- Accountable to ensure all documents including billings, defects forms, contracts/ agreements, operation are properly documented, filed and retrievable.
- Assist for Purchasing activities (PO/PR).
- To assist in general administrative duties.
- To supervise and monitor the performance of contractors and service providers providing operational services such as cleaning, landscape and pest control.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
