Liaison & Administrative Executive

_**Job Responsibilities:

**LIAISON**:
- Responsible to liaison Government policy & Private Sector.
- Liaise with several levels of authorities during the pre-submission, submission, and approval stages of the land acquisition process.
- Responsible for foreign workers management.
- Assist all the immigration and administration related work for foreign workers
- Prepare foreign worker employment contract and conduct employee boarding, including passports administration, hostel registration, and related foreign workers welfare.
- Responsible for managing and updating foreign workers profile and information within the foreign worker master file.
- Manage the hostel administration and work with hostel warden to ensure hostel condition meets the “Guidelines for Standard Minimum Housing for Foreign Workers”.
- Able to monitor and plan the headcount for foreign workers to meet company labour requirements.

- Budgeting & Cost Control.
- Office & Building Maintenance.
- Transport Administration.
- Office Support & Setup (Project Phase).
- Building Certification of Completion and Compliance (Project Phase).

Over the years, we have grown from being a provider of mechanical and scaffolding services into a well diversified entity where in 2013, hence HRSB was awarded a 10 year long term Turnaround contract by Petronas Chemical Group Berhad (PCGB).
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
