Communicate effectively on daily activities with stakes holder.
- Effective and clear communication throughout subordinate.
- To carry out self-monitory on shop floor for daily activities and act immediately for those result out of trend.
- Ensure production running smoothly according to planning.
- Ensure machine cycle time does not exceed the actual set cycle time for production efficiency.
- On time product delivered to customers according to spec.
- Accurate daily production data is captured timely into system.
- Ensuring departmental goals achieved through fast response to operation issues and to the right.
- Continuously provide and execute improvement activities in production process, equipment, operating procedures and working conditions to improve quality and productivity.
- To integrated, provide on job training and evaluation subordinate by skill matrix and performance appraisal to ensure worker company competency on their job assign and able to perform their job effectively and create a conducive working environment.
- To develop and train competence team of workers though OJT.
- Having good disciplinary to be as role model to subordinate and take disciplinary action where necessary for their attendance.
- Having good relationship with subordinate to define their job and behavior expectation.
- Manpower allocation & utilization are planned and monitored daily.
- Monitor effectively raw material storage, machine equipment condition and workers to follow SOP as for production run smoothly.
- To maintain 6S on shop floor to ensure 4M is organize and optimized effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
