Admin Officer

Responsibility
- Oversee the warehouse management, logistics and administration
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness to ensure goods deliver to customers promptly and effectively
- Work closely with sales consultant and liaise with courier partners on any issues arise
- Ensure the movement of stocks are updated in the system and assist for monthly stock count with Finance Department
- Performing administrative tasks such as proper documents filing, liaise with suppliers to place order materials
- To perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time

Able to work independently, attentive and thorough
Able to start work immediately
