As a Office Admin at IMA International Sdn Bhd, your role is to provide administrative support to ensure an efficient office operation.

**Responsibilities**

1. General administrative duties and assist in administration and any assignment given from time to time.

2. To handle all department courier services, to monitor, sort and distribute all incoming mail.

3. Office upkeep and update filing, mailing, stationary items, and documentation.

4. Track purchase orders and ensure timely delivery

5. Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases

6. Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices

**Requirements and skills**

1. Must be able to read and write in Mandarin as this role require to liaise with suppliers from China.

2. Must be able to communicate well in both English & Malay language.

3. Strong communication skill

4. Willing to learn and master Microsoft Excel

5. Minimum qualification: Diploma

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
