Perform incoming and outgoing orders and in-charge the stock.
- Arrange the raw material to the storage location
- Verify and count the quantity before received goods from the supplier
- To assist in receiving, unloading, inspecting, and verifying all incoming supplies and reconcile with the purchase order
- To update and monitor the movement or daily stock.
- To maintain warehouse and store area
- Other tasks as assigned from time to time
- Collect, process, and document all merchandise received and paid for, assisting with inventory activities as necessary
- Assist in receiving all merchandise from suppliers
- Check all merchandise for discrepancies and damages
- Sort merchandise according to pricing and location at store
- Store merchandise in proper location to increase sales
- Maintain stock levels by checking stock on hand against sales reports
- Inventory items according to location and store policy
- Assign work orders to staff; record work performed and materials used
- Keep store clean, organized, and stocked with merchandise according to merchandising requirements and business operating plan
- Administer payroll and payroll deductions
- Settle merchandise purchases, including special orders
- Receive, store, and distribute merchandise
- QA & QC
- Resolving quality-related issues and adhering to deadlines
- Recommend improvement measures to the production process to ensure quality control standards are met
- Guide the production team about the quality control issues to enhance the quality of the product
- Perform regular quality assessments on all incoming materials from vendors and outgoing products for shipping
- Reject all products and materials that fail to meet quality expectations. Recommend improvements to the production process to ensure quality control.

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM3,00.00 per month

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Johor Bahru: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Storekeeping: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
