About the role
This is a full-time Quality Inspector role based in Johor Bahru, Johor. As a Quality Inspector at DELSSON MALAYSIA SDN. BHD., you will be responsible for ensuring the company's products and services meet the highest quality standards and customer expectations. This is a critical position that plays a key role in upholding the company's reputation for excellence.
What you'll be doing
- Inspect incoming raw materials, in-process goods, and final products to identify and resolve any quality issues
- Conduct various quality control tests and measurements to verify product compliance with specifications
- Document inspection results and maintain detailed quality control records
- Liaise with production teams to implement corrective actions and continuous improvement measures
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance processes and procedures
What we're looking for
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Quality Inspector or in a similar quality assurance role within the manufacturing sector.
- Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience with quality control methodologies, tools, and equipment
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Diploma in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
