The purpose of PLM Project Coordinator is to support APAC in delivering Best in Class Portfolio Lifecycle Management services to our natural teams in both Lubes Sales & Marketing and Supply Chain Network. Product Portfolio Lifecycle Management is an important process to govern the end-to-end lifecycle of a product SKU from product idea is conceived to the point of launch to our customer and concludes when the product reaches its end of life. APAC PLM team consists of a diverse of people talents from different nationalities and gender, and our team has been strategically setup in SBOKL as Centre of Excellence so you will enjoy the vibrant cultures in Malaysian hospitality.

**Accountabilities**

**Finalize packaging artworks**:

- Applies specialized knowledge in label design and take ownership of managing different type of labels
- Primary responsibility is expected to finalize packaging artworks based on given design ranging from simple to complex artworks, that is aligned with business needs and governmental regulations

**Expert of APAC country-specific label requirements**:

- Responsible for label requirement collection and analysis to ensure stakeholders’ requirement is correctly fulfilled, and approve label content based on your expertise knowledge

**Label content quality continual improvement**:

- Lead label content error RCA analysis, identify opportunities to drive label procedure enhancement, actively contribute to label quality improvement.

**Expectations**:

- Work closely with marketing, PLM coordinators to obtain data elements needed for the packaging artwork, design and finalize packaging artworks (carton, labels, etc.)
- Taking ownership for label guideline to ensure fulfilling of product management, marketing, and legal/fiscal rules, further develop and maintain label related barcode, SKU variant user manual
- Manage of Shell digital packaging assets in DPLM platform, as SME and focal point for DPLM label management
- Take full ownership or partnering label related project, including but not limited to batch label change request, new printing acquisition or implementation
- Establish packaging guideline to printing house and packaging design agency etc. to ensure an integrated workflow

**Skills & Requirements**:

- Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent
- Professional technical knowledge about **Adobe Creative Suite: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Indesign**:

- Broad experience the **print process for litho, flexo, digital, print preproduction** for packaging artworks and communication with printing house
- Up to date insights on packaging design, including of brand customer preference, printing technology upgrading
- Proven skills in managing digital asset principles and approaches
- Deep knowledge in label HSSE, legal and regulation requirement
- Ability to manage several projects in parallel and deliver high quality work in tight timeline
- A highly collaborative style with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong personal innovative, creative, drive and resilience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
