**Job Summary**:
The Marketing and Sales Executive is responsible for identifying market opportunities, developing marketing strategies, and driving sales to achieve business growth. This role involves both planning and executing campaigns, building relationships with customers, and closing sales deals.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**(1) Marketing**:

- Develop and implement strategic **marketing campaigns** to increase brand awareness and promote the company’s products and solutions. This includes advertising, public relations, lead generation, sponsorships, promotional activities, and market research.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing-related **events** such as seminars, exhibitions, and workshops, including liaising with vendors, suppliers, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Manage company social media platforms, website content, and digital advertising and ensure they are regularly updated and aligned with brand standards.
- Prepare promotional materials, brochures, and presentations.
- Provide general administrative support to the Sales & Marketing department, including the maintenance and management of the CRM database and documentation.
- Analyse data on key marketing performance indicators to derive actionable insights that can drive future strategies. These include new business opportunities, analyse competitors, customer behavior, and current market trends.

**(2) Sales**:

- Identify and pursue new sales leads.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts.

**(3) Customer Relationship Management**:

- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve client issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

**(4) Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, sales, or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools.

**(5) Skills Required**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Ads).

**(6) Work Environment**:

- Office-based with frequent travel for client meetings or events.
- May involve attending trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
