**Job Overview**

Assist the Helpdesk team in providing first-level IT support to end users. This internship offers hands-on experience in troubleshooting, ticketing systems and technical communication.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Help perform basic troubleshooting for PCs, laptops, printers and software.
- Escalate unresolved issues to senior technicians.
- Record and update support activities in the ticketing system.
- Assist with software installation and basic setup.
- Support in maintaining IT records and simple reports.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.

**Learning Outcomes**
- Gain hands-on experience in IT helpdesk operations and customer service.
- Understand the workflow of incident management and ticketing systems.
- Develop troubleshooting and technical communication skills in a professional environment.

**Qualification**

Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.

**Requirements**:

- Basic understanding of hardware troubleshooting, desktop support and helpdesk operations.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Eager to learn, proactive and able to work well in a team.
- Good to have: ITIL V3 Foundation or CompTIA A+ certification.

**Job Type**: Internship

Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
