**Job Overview**

We are looking for an RMA Intern to assist our RMA team in managing customer equipment returns, repairs and replacements. You will gain hands-on experience in technical operations, equipment auditing and coordination across departments.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in processing returned equipment and parts according to standard procedures.
- Help audit and test returned items; record findings in the ERP system.
- Support the preparation of RMA buffer stock and update inventory records.
- Prepare and organize RMA-related documents and reports.
- Liaise with Helpdesk, Procurement and Warehouse teams for verification and updates.
- (If required) Accompany technicians for on-site RMA support and learn customer handling.

**Learning Outcomes**

During the internship, the student will gain:

- Exposure to real-world RMA operations.
- Hands-on experience in ERP systems and equipment audit processes.
- Understanding of repair, replacement and quality control procedures.
- Skills in documentation, coordination and inventory management.

**Qualification**

Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

**Requirements**:

- Good to excellent computer skills with the ability to handle data and documentation efficiently.
- Experience in order processing or administrative coordination is an advantage.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Detail-oriented, organized and eager to learn in a fast-paced technical environment.

**Job Type**: Internship

Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
