**JOB RESPONSIBILITY**
- Ensure effective operation in warehouse / store.
- Ensure all activities are performed and adhered to standard procedure, GMP, company rules and regulations.
- Responsible in update order preparation list and share to QAQC department and packing personnel.
- Responsible in received and arrange incoming materials.
- Arrange delivery by check vehicle condition, and monitor loading container/truck process.
- Check and receive daily production output, update the inventory in system.

- Monthly/Annual stock take.
- Always make sure the goods in warehouse storage in good condition.
- Coordinate on sample preparation to customers.

- Arranged and release spare part/materials to related department.
- Monitor stock safety level and expired items.
- Monitor material actual stock level and always update system data.
- Material management involving related parties.
- Issue Purchase Request to Purchasing department.
- Assists in the preparation, coordinating and handling the internal and external audit.
- To liaise on related matters with relevant departments where required.
- Other assigned duties by superior / management from time to time.

**JOB REQUIREMENT**
- Minimum Diploma Holder or equivalent of the education level.
- Experience with ISO 13485 or ISO-related companies will be an added advantage.
- Showing proficiency in MS Office.
- FRESH GRADUATES are encouraged to apply.
