We are seeking someone eager to be a valued contributor and a member of a talented, dynamic team. As a **SHE Intern**, you will have the opportunity to assist and support day-to-day tasks while gaining insight and understanding of the full cycle of Safety, Health, and Environmental processes. This includes ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations, contributing to the creation and standardisation of policies, and supporting their implementation. **Responsibilities**: **Environment**: - Assist in organising activities to improve the Scheduled Waste Store. - Support the review of environmental aspects and impacts. - Establish related procedures in accordance with ISO 50001. - Assist in conducting feasibility studies on energy usage. - Manage the waste management tracking system. - Prepare a new simulation station for the environmental workshop. **Safety & Health**: - Prepare a new simulation station for the safety workshop. - Assist in completing HIRARC reviews. - Assist in completing PHA for Waste Water Treatment Process - Support legal compliance documentation. - Review and update related procedures to support operational control. **Required skills and experience**: - Applicants must be willing to work at **Allnex Tangga Batu, Melaka.**: - Preferably available for a 6-month internship. - No prior work experience required. **Qualifications**: - Currently obtaining a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Science, or a related field. **We offer**: - We are proud to offer an international working experience with a tight-knit network of employees, making it easy to connect and learn from people all across our different functions.
