**Job Summary**
- Manage new business outsource/projects, coordinate system and business requirements, guide stakeholders on project requirements, manage project timeline to ensure timely delivery and provide pragmatic solutions.
- Manage administration and support services projects to ensure activities align with group-wide administration strategies/roadmap. Provide timely update and communication to management and stakeholders.

**General Responsibilities**
- Lead, monitor, report and update overall administration project portfolio progression, track resource utilization to ensure projects meet objectives/timelines. Facilitate administration project requirements, negotiate needs and expectations, translate into functional outcomes.
- Plan and develop project plans, tasks and associated communication documentations as part of the project management activities.
- Monitor and manage concurrent administration projects ensuring across-the-broad delivery against defined deliverables.
- Ensure delivery of administration projects within time-lines, consistently meeting and exceeding stakeholder's expectations.
- Define, develop and process procedure for monitoring compliance with project management processes and guidelines.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to support and prepare functional specifications documentation by analyzing, understand and documenting the business process flow in detail and automate certain finance business process with RPA tools.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders for business automation tool upgrades, innovative, tools evaluations and configuration of new RPA tools for finance business processes.
- Become a sought-after in-house expert for selected industries/functions.
- Consistently engage and communicate with business/stakeholders on requirements and progress.
- Act as a gatekeeper for stakeholder relations and help extend administration project deliverables.
- Able respond to adhoc issues and queries within an agreed service level agreement timeline.

**Leadership Responsibilities**
- Manage and oversee team's delivery of teaM/Function goals to drive execution against goals set.
- Drive self-learning and improvement in the area of Project.
- Impart and share knowledge within the team members and training junior/new staff members.
- Drive and manage learning and development of team in the area of Project - Finance, Banking, System Application and other required areas to support project requirements.
- Management/Administration and DKSH behaviors to achieve teaM/Function goals.

**Functional Skills and Knowledge**
- Degree and/or Professional qualification in Accounting or Finance.
- Project Management Professional Certification (not a must).
- Qualifications from other fields will be considered (if relevant).
- Good communication and presentation skills.

**Work Experience**
- Minimum 3-5 years managing/leading projects successfully.
- Knowledge in Finance and SAP system will be preference.
- Knowledge (1-2 years) of the FMCG, IT and regulations
