**Location**:Kuala Lumpur, MY, MY- Responsibilities and Leadership:
- 1. Manage new business outsource/projects, coordinate system and business requirements, guide stakeholders on project requirements, manage project timeline to ensure timely delivery and provide pragmatic solutions.- 2. Manage administration and support services projects to ensure activities align with group-wide administration strategies/roadmap. Provide timely update and communication to management and stakeholders.- 3. Facilitate administration project requirements, negotiate needs and expectations, translate into functional outcomes- 4. Attend to issues and provide recommendation or solution to the systems’ users at any point of time.- 5. Able to attend and resolve adhoc issues and queries within an agreed timeline.- 6. Drive self-learning, work independently and team player to improvement in the area of Project- Experience and Qualification:
- 1. Degree and/or Professional qualification in Accounting or Finance- 2. Preferrable with min 1 year experience on SAP, GAPIM and Vendor Master tool- 3. Preferrable to have some AP and GL process knowledge- 4. Good communication and presentation skills
