Skills and experiences
- Good Understanding of financial and insurance domain
- Experience in a management or leadership role.
- Excellent client management skills and the ability to work with customers to develop and manage an action plan
- Understanding of common industry standard business practices supported by technologies
- Experience with business management software (Microsoft preferred - not mandatory)
- Experience working in a Software as a Service (SaaS) environment

You understand the nuts and bolts of system implementation, more importantly, you know how to connect with clients and lead a team to reach its goals. You are organized, energetic, and as comfortable in front of a board room as in front of a white board with your team.

What you'll do
- Work with client Hiring Managers and Delivery Leads and influence them to assign more roles to Avanade to increase the Avanade revenue attainment.
- Take active role in sales activities and account planning as required along with Accenture
- Manage expectations with the delivery leads on the cost and job description & requirement for the roles assigned to Avanade.
- Ensure overall operations achieve revenues goals and project onboarding.
- Own partnership with suppliers, business partners, cross-functional technology and design teams to ensure consistent, beneficial client interaction, and revenues goals and attainments.
