Project Coordinator

**Primary Function**:

- Assist the Project Sales Manager to oversee and support the financial goals of the company by ensuring effectiveness of project coordination activities

**Key Duties**:

- Promotes and coordinates technical and project knowledge with related department to ensure prompt and on-time project delivery
- Monitor and review operational costs and responsible for financial performance of projects
- Support and solicits input from team members at all levels within the organization
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
- Attend monthly meetings and prepare project related reports as required
- Comply with all applicable legal requirements and procedures such as from DOE and DOSH
- Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements

**Organizational Knowledge**:

- Good understanding and knowledge of project coordination
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to demonstrate positive engagement when dealing with all levels of employees and management to deliver effective and efficient results
- Able to understand all mandatory requirements of ISO9001:2015 and able to perform internal audit
- Knowledge on handling and requirements of company products and services
- Risk identification and management skills

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
