**Roles and Responsibilities** - Ensure that manufacturing premises are fully operational, maintained, and clean. This is manufacturing specific and does not include gardeners, caterers, etc. - Includes direct people management responsibility including staffing and performance development. Utilizes in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline and analytical thinking and technical experience to execute policy/strategy. - Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market - Uses some judgment and has some ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters to address more complicated manufacturing processes with technical variety and/or interdependent production cycles. Uses technical experience and analytical thinking. Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own teams to arrive at decisions. - Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. May lead small projects with low risks and resource requirements. Explains information; developing skills to bring team members to consensus around topics within field. Conveys performance expectations and may handle sensitive issues. - Be responsible for maintenance of facilities and equipment and auxiliary services Port Klang (Kuala Lumpur) Aero Alliance plant interacting with external resources/companies - Interact and collaborate with plant Gates Leaders team to achieve maintenance and facilities goal - Identify maintenance and facilities projects/initiatives to continuously improve execution and efficiency/productivity of the plant - Support plant long term strategy for areas allocation, P&E implementation and new technologies introduction in the plant - Repair, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment and perform planned maintenance of all mechanical aspects of plant, office, machinery and equipment **Required Qualifications** - Minimum 6 years of experience in Manufacturing Operations and Facilities Maintenance - Bachelor’s degree in industrial / Mechanical Engineering is preferred. - Familiar with Facility & Maintenance activities of complex plant - Familiar with local regulation and people culture - Strong oral and written communication skills in English - Have strong interpersonal and leadership skills - Ability to coordinate and execute projects on global scale - Willing to work at Pulau Indah, Selangor **"We are passionate about creating an inclusive work environment.
