Sales & Marketing Executive (Van Sales)

**Job Summary**:
As a **Sales & Marketing Executive**, you will be responsible for the delivery and direct sales of products to customers using a company van. This role involves driving to various locations, maintaining good customer relationships, maximizing sales, and ensuring accurate record-keeping. Your ability to meet sales targets and deliver excellent customer service will be key to your success in this role.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales & Customer Service**:
- **Drive the company van to designated routes to promote and sell products.**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Achieve sales targets by identifying customer needs and offering appropriate products.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns and provide after-sales support.
**Route Management**:
- Plan and follow efficient delivery routes to maximize customer visits.
- Ensure timely deliveries to customers while maintaining safety standards on the road.
**Inventory & Stock Management**:
- Manage stock levels on the van, ensuring that products are loaded and unloaded correctly.
- Perform regular stock checks and report discrepancies or issues.
- Record and monitor inventory levels to avoid stockouts and ensure product availability.
**Record-Keeping**:
- Maintain accurate sales records, invoices, and customer receipts.
- Handle cash, process payments, and submit daily sales reports to management.
- Report on sales trends, customer feedback, and market insights.
**Vehicle Maintenance**:
- Ensure the company van is kept in good condition, clean, and roadworthy at all times.
- Conduct daily vehicle checks (fuel, oil, tire pressure) and report any issues or maintenance needs.
**Compliance & Safety**:
- Follow all road safety rules and company regulations during the sales and delivery process.
- Comply with local traffic regulations and safety standards.
- Ensure that all deliveries are made in compliance with company policies and procedures.
**Key Skills & Qualifications**:
- **Education**: SPM, diploma or equivalent.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in sales, especially in **FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) or direct sales**, is an advantage.
- **Driving License**: A valid driving license with a clean driving record.
**Skills**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent salesmanship and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Basic math and record-keeping skills.
- Physical ability to load/unload products and handle long hours of driving.
**Working Conditions**:
- Long hours on the road and possible weekend work.
- Working outdoors in different weather conditions.
- Lifting and moving stock (may involve some physical exertion).
**Performance Indicators**:
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Customer satisfaction and retention rates.
- Accurate reporting and record-keeping.
- Maintenance and care of the company vehicle.
Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
