**1.Job Summary**:
The Sales & Marketing Executive for Food Catering will be responsible for generating sales, managing customer relationships, and promoting catering services for various events, including corporate meetings, weddings, parties, and other special occasions. The individual will work to increase brand awareness, attract new clients, and maintain strong relationships with existing ones while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
**2.Key Responsibilities**:
a.Sales Generation:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities by contacting potential clients, such as businesses, event planners, or individuals looking for catering services.
Respond to inbound sales inquiries and effectively convert leads into sales.
Develop and maintain a database of clients and prospects.
Create and present tailored catering proposals to meet client needs.
Negotiate pricing and contracts with clients to close deals.
**b.Marketing and Promotion**:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote catering services.
Manage social media platforms, including creating posts, updates, and advertisements to attract new customers.
Coordinate and attend events such as food fairs to showcase the company’s catering services.
**c.Customer Relationship Management**:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Follow up after events to ensure clients are satisfied with the catering services and gather feedback.
**d.Collaboration with Operations**:
Work closely with the kitchen and operations team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of catering orders.
Assist in the planning and execution of catering events, ensuring the food quality and presentation meet client expectations.
Help track inventory levels and forecast future needs for marketing and sales activities.
**e.Reporting & Analysis**:
Monitor sales performance and marketing campaigns to evaluate success and areas for improvement.
Prepare regular sales reports for management, highlighting key achievements, market trends, and client feedback.
Use analytics to target the right customer segments and adjust strategies accordingly.
**f.Key Skills and Qualifications**:
Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the food and catering industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Creative thinking and ability to develop engaging marketing campaigns.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in social media marketing, content creation, and digital tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of the catering industry and food trends is an advantage.
**g.Education and Experience**:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
2+ years of experience in sales and marketing, especially in the food service or catering industry.

**Salary: RM3000.00 + Commission Up to 10K**
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
