About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and strategic Sales Executive to develop and implement sales strategies across multiple channels in the book industry. This role requires strong market insight, relationship management skills, and the ability to drive sales performance through e-commerce platforms, distributors, events, and institutional clients.


Job Descriptions
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to promote and sell books through e-commerce platforms, distributors, events, and other targeted markets.
  • Identify sales opportunities in both new and existing markets, including niche segments, to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, including distributors, corporate buyers, and institutions.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify gaps, opportunities, and consumer demands, including monitoring new book releases and industry developments.
  • Understand client needs, preferences, and feedback to recommend suitable book selections and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Monitor and assess customer satisfaction levels while addressing concerns and resolving sales-related issues.
  • Prepare and generate sales reports on performance, revenue, and key metrics, including monthly reports for management review.

Education & Experience
  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in retail, or related industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Analytical and data-driven, with the ability to interpret sales trends and market insights.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and familiar with CRM or sales tracking tools.
  • Able to work independently, result-oriented, and committed to achieving targets.
