Enthusiastic people who are completely in their element here at Oleon are more than welcome to join our team. **Job Scope** **You will support Oleon’s global sourcing strategy by: - Identify the best matches for Oleon raw material strategic sourcing. - Mapping tolling service potentials (e.g., ethoxylation, beading). - Building price analytics capabilities for palm oils prices. - Engaging strategic supply sources to gear up supply securities of Sustainable Regulatory compliance raw materials, especially related to EUDR. This internship is to begin by the end of 2025, or the beginning of 2026, for six months. **Roles & Responsibilities** 1. Supplier SWOT Mapping - Building template to enable efficient & effective suppliers & competitors information data build up. - Compiling and organising suppliers & competitors information. - Research and profiling global suppliers & competitors. - Conduct SWOT analysis to identify strategic fits for Oleon’s global sourcing. 2. Building Suppliers’ capabilities in providing Oleon with Raw Materials meeting new Legislation requirements - Gap analysis of EUDR requirement vs suppliers capabilities. - Work with internal stakeholders to drive strategic suppliers engagement to build their capabilities to provide Oleon with raw materials meeting new Legislation requirement. 3. Tolling Service Potential Mapping - Identify tolling partners for ethoxylation, beading, and other value-added processes. - Evaluate technical capabilities, location advantages, and cost structures. - Intelligent use of AI to make attractive constructive presentations to build cohesive collaboration with tollers. 4. Price Analytics & Market Intelligence - Analyse price to ascertain value propositions (undervalued, right value, overvalued). - Track commodity fund activities (open positions, trade volumes) and funds inclination on palm oils prices. - Develop dashboards or models to support procurement position decisions.
