Location: Pulau Indah

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in overseeing the planning, procurement, storage, control, and distribution of materials required for production in multiple locations.
- Gather, compile, and compare raw materials stock levels on a bi-weekly basis.
- Calculate and estimate actual and forecasted usage of raw materials.
- Monitor and ensure stock levels are maintained at an optimal level.
- Assist with the process and documentation of import shipments for raw materials or consumables.
- Provide support to the Customer Service team in creating job orders for flexitank orders when necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum diploma in Office Management/Logistics/Supply Chain or any related field.
- Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
- At least 1 year of experience.
- Good interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
- Meticulous, systematic and has strong attention to details.
- Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Power Point.
- Fluency in both spoken and written **English and Bahasa Melayu.**:

- Fluency in **Mandarin** is an advantage, as the role involves communication with suppliers in China and Taiwan.
- Experience in logistics industry is an added advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
