**Strategic Planning & Leadership**:
**Global Digital Upskilling Program Leadership**: Spearhead the design and execution of a global digital upskilling program, aligning it with AstraZeneca's strategic objectives and fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

**Business Needs Assessment**: Evaluate organizational objectives and operational challenges to identify transformative opportunities, including the development of comprehensive business cases.

**Technology Road mapping**: Craft and oversee long-term technology roadmaps that align with the strategic vision for digital transformation across various projects.

**Solution Evaluation & Integration**:Lead the assessment of external and internal technologies for their strategic fit and oversee their integration into business processes.

**Design & Architecture**:
**Advanced Architecture Design**: Develop and guide sophisticated architectural designs for IT solutions that support the operational strategy, ensuring scalability and integration across the enterprise.

**Future-proof Scalability**:Strategize and implement solutions with a focus on future growth and adaptability to changing business strategies.

**Implementation & Oversight**:
Strategic Technical Guidance: Provide high-level technical leadership during the implementation phase, ensuring projects align with the overarching architectural vision.

Risk Management & Quality Assurance: Lead risk assessment and mitigation strategies while maintaining a keen oversight on the quality of implemented solutions against performance criteria.

**Collaboration, Communication, & Training**:
Global Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with GFS leads, senior stakeholders, market leaders, project managers, and IT teams worldwide to champion the benefits and navigate the challenges of solution implementation.

Comprehensive Documentation & Upskilling Initiatives: Oversee the production of detailed documentation and lead the training and upskilling efforts to ensure widespread proficiency in new digital tools and processes.

**Ongoing Solution Enhancement**:
Continuous Improvement: Regularly evaluate and refine the digital upskilling initiatives and IT solutions in response to evolving business needs.

Expert Issue Resolution: Offer expert consultancy for any architectural or solution-based challenges that arise.

**Essential Requirements**
- You have a Degree in Statistical, Computer Science or any related field
- Proven experience & capabilities in programming language i.e. C#, Java,.NET, C++, Analytical tools i.e. R, Python, SQL, Power BI, Power Automate
- Experience in project management
- ** Proficiencies**:Problem Solving, Business Analysis, Teamwork - works well with culturally and geographically diverse teams, Communication and Project Management
