What you'll be doing?
  • Develop Marketing Strategies: Assist in the development and implementation of the overall marketing strategy.
  • Execute Marketing Campaigns: Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and print.
  • Analyse Market Trends: Analyse market trends and customer data to identify new opportunities and optimise marketing efforts.
  • Create Marketing Content: Create and manage marketing content, such as website updates, email newsletters, and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and a seamless customer experience.
  • Monitor Performance: Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, and make recommendations for improvement.
Who are they looking for?
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing or product management, preferably in the Manufacturing/Semi-Conductor Industry.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Malay to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
  • Marketing Skills: Strong understanding of marketing principles, tools, and best practices.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content.
  • Digital Marketing Tools: Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and analytics software, such as Google Analytics, social media platforms, and content management systems.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively in a team and take initiative to drive projects forward.
  • Adaptability: Adaptable and responsive to changing market conditions and customer needs.
