Processing incoming customer orders / pro forma invoices.
- Handle shipping documents and coordination to ensure smooth shipments.
- Invoicing of goods to be delivered as well as create the necessary shipping documents (delivery notes, shipping orders, letters of credit, certificates of origin, safety data sheets or other goods inspections.
- Being in contact with freight forwarders to organize the dispatch of shipments by truck, air freight, ocean freight or per parcel post
- Monitoring of all deliveries and taking necessary measures in delays
- Sending goods/ documents via courier service to customers maintaining all relevant and important customs documentation properly
- Liaising with the local customs department or forwarding company for all matters related to the export processes
- Closely liaise with clients, internal warehouse personnel, shipping lines, co-loaders, forwarders, transporter to arrange shipments.

**Requirements**:

- Possess at least 1 - 3 years related working experience; Experience in FMCG industry will be an added advantage.
- Fluent in English and Malay
- experienced in Shipping Operation, Export documentation, procedures and requirements.
- Well organised, able to work independently under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Applicants must possess own transport and willing to travel when is necessary.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
