**FULL TIME OFFICE ADMIN CLERK** - **Responsible to support overall general office administrative task.**: - **Issue invoice and delivery order.**: - **Handover DO to stakeholders, in time.**: - **Managing the company's online store and shipping the products according to customer order.**: - **Filing documents and records so they remain updated and easily accessible.**: - **Arrangement for the delivery and pick up schedule for courier on a daily basis.**: - **Checking of purchase order (PO) and invoice from suppliers.**: - **Ability to answer phone call for customer's inquiry.**: - **Any other ad-hoc job assigned by the Management.** **Requirements**: - **Excellent Computer Literacy (Microsoft Office, Excel etc.)**: - **Job training is provided.** Company Overview Optic World Enterprise was established in the year 2000.
