**Key Responsibilities**:
- For imaging process with clear quality output.
- Collect Branches Mails from Office Services Department.
- Check the accuracy of important documents received from branches.
- Prepare documents receive from branches and HQ.
- Scan/ Index all documents.
- Daily update accurately the carton number.
- To retrieve documents, requested by branches and HQ.
**The Person**:
- Has **SPM, STPM, DIPLOMA **qualification.
- Good in customer service and able to operate a PC.
- Has good proficiency in **English.**:
- Able to work with a team, efficient in managing workload and able to work overtime when needed.
- Have the right attitude for hard work and able to produce high quality work under pressure.
- High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork.
- Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
**Salary**: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
