**Responsibilities**:

- Research and identify KOL across multiple digital platforms to build powerful brand experiences; handpicking the perfect KOLs whose vibes align seamlessly with our clients' brands.
- Manage communications and build relationships with media, KOL, and third party agencies for joint collaboration of various campaigns/promotions. Bring campaigns to life through your magical touch, coordinating with KOLs, designers, and content creators to ensure every piece of content is a masterpiece.
- Reach and build a KOL network database for the company for different categories on social media.
- Implement KOL engagement campaigns by liaising & coordinating with KOL in their requirements, timeline and deliverables. Compose and conduct campaigns that resonate with audiences, orchestrating a symphony of content that captivates, engages, and leaves a lasting impression.
- Collaborate with team members to initiate and execute different promotional campaigns.
- Negotiate KOL pricing costs appropriately to ensure a mutually beneficial agreement.
- Transform data into gold by analysing campaign performance, extracting insights, and tweaking strategies to ensure a magical ROI. via clear & insightful report building
- Stay at the forefront of digital trends, bringing fresh and imaginative ideas to the table that push the boundaries of traditional KOL campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in KOL collaborations, with a portfolio that showcases your ability to turn influencers into brand advocates.
- A wizard with words, images, and videos, able to create content that sparks joy, curiosity, and a flurry of likes and shares.
- Proficient in the art of data analysis, able to decipher campaign analytics to unveil the secrets to success.
- A team player who can seamlessly collaborate with diverse talents to bring campaigns from concept to reality.
- Familiarity with the latest tools and platforms, turning your tech-savvy skills into campaign magic.

**Salary**: RM2,700.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
