Business Process Manager

**The company**
Our client is an international logistics and freight forwarding company that offer transportation solutions globally. The company provides a wide range of customized solutions of logistics services and supply chain solutions such as Transportation, Warehousing and Custom Clearance.
**The role**
- Research, evaluate and recommend solutions to business process for company’s overall performance. Continuously look for opportunities to streamline and improve programs and processes.
- Execute, monitor KPIs and design reporting tools to measure performance and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate, analyze, implement and follow-up on SOPs local and regional.
- Good communication across multiple teams and manage stakeholder expectations to gain buy-in for major decision. Identify and communicate problems that can impact the projects to stakeholders timely and drive collaboration for optimal solutions.
- Collaborate with a team in completion of all required documentation, service scope, guidelines, and training materials to ensure all stakeholder have the same understanding for further implementation.
- Ensure SOPs are followed. Overall follow-up on all Business Process related topics
- Harmonize Business Structure of the company.
- Analyse client demands to ensure the relevant teams can meet those demands and/or design efficient and effective recommendations.
- Manage the implementation of project from clients and facilitate with various stakeholders to arrange solutions to project challenges. Coordinate and guide the implementation integration and configuration of assigned projects from concepts to go live and ensure the project components are completed on time, within budget and client expectations.
- Train and coach different stakeholders/key personnel as necessary for project initiative.
**The requirements**
- Bachelor’s Degree in the related field.
- At least 5 years’ experience in International Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
- Fluent in English, verbal and written.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and customer relations skills.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills and passionate.
- Strong multitasking, analytical and data analysis skills, able to work under pressure.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
