**Company Background**:

- Organize, file, and submit test documentation for review and approval.
- Track and ensure proper maintenance of testing equipment.
- Assist with coordination between domestic engineers and the testing team in Malaysia.
- Provide general administrative assistance to the engineering and testing teams, including scheduling, reports, and correspondence.

**Required Qualifications**:
- Diploma or Degree in a related field.
- At least 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a technical or project environment.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in both written and spoken **Mandarin**, essential for communication with Chinese institutions and for operating equipment featuring Mandarin interfaces.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

**Experience**:
